Boo Dayquil

So, watching Last Comic Standing yesterday and I was overall kind of disappointed. I didn't think that many of the people they chose were very funny, some were, but the overall majority weren't. And this morning I can hardly think of any of them! And it was just last night.
All I remember are those two weird singing dudes and the guy with the tattoos and even he was a struggle to remember.

I did take Nightquil sorry Nyquil. Why is Dayquil spelt with Day but Nightquil is Ny? Spelling lessons from my daughter perhaps? Dayquil makes my throat dry. I hate taking it. I prefer my body to heal and build up those antibodies on it's own!

I'm really tired and wish I was home in bed snuggled under the covers!!

I agree that most of them weren't that funny. I did like the guy who talked about the Internet being a thing that surprised everyone. I liked his references to Star Trek and Spock telling Captain Kirk that they have an IM from the Klingons.

Nyquil is pure heaven in a bottle for when I'm sick. My body must have a natural reception to that and Dayquil because every time I take them, I'm better within a day. Pure heaven healing in a bottle/capsule. Maybe you just need to find what medicine works best for your body.

I did like that guy too, he was funny "I don't get the internet, well I mean I get it it comes to the house..." That made me giggle. The IM from the Klingons was good too.

I know I just don't have a good system for when I am sick. I usually keep the sniffles for at least a week. Oh well.

I've not watched that show since Dat Phan (sp?) won one year. And he was one of the worst comedians (and I use that term loosely) that I have ever heard or seen.

Nyquil was the original product name I believe and then somebody suddenly figured out "Hey, people might need some kind of kick during the day for their cold." Thus the dawn of the age of the more aptly named Dayquil.

They could've have named it DontDrinkMoreThanThreeBottlesAtATimeQuil.
Though if that was the case I wouldn't have enjoyed a friend's Quil laced antics several years ago.
It basically destroyed his ability to walk, talk or move either hand without smacking himself in the face.
Ahhhh...good times, good times.

He won that year? WOW no he was not funny.

See I never seem to be able to make it to the end of any of the seasons. I did watch the year Josh one and that bigger guy was kicked off for having a cell phone. That was a funny season and I liked Josh.

I haven't started hitting myself in the face...yet. I'll keep you posted if I hit three bottles. Although I take the pills, not the liquid medicine because I am unable to physically swallow medicine in liquid form.

That's strange and irritating to boot I bet.
Is that with any liquids or just ones spiked with mediciney goodness?
Cause that would seemingly be hard to find something like soda pills, though I know they have a coke pill. I think it's called Ritalin...oh wait, wrong coke...

hahahahaha

Just ones laced with mediciny goodness. I think mostly it's because I don't like the taste, but I seem to readily vomit if forced to drink medicine...not good.

I am actually allergic to coke though. I'll let you figure out which one...

Allergic?
That's just plain awful!
For either one, cause Pepsi blows and heroin is way too damn expensive.

Oh the giggles coming from my cubicle!
It's not so bad, I'm not all about Pop, and prefered clear Pop's to dark Pop's anyways.

But you're right coke is darn expensive, and it's cost me more than just money...poor poor jaw.

You get punched for not paying your dealer too?
I now have a jaw I can only unhinge with a shoe horn.

And poor dark pop or Darth Cola as it's known in the trade. Always usurped by its dazzling clear Eco-friendly cousin.

I say Eco-friendly not due to its ability to make the earth a better place but because my buddy Eco loves 7-Up and Sprite.

I've read that if you want to keep your flowers lasting a long time to stir in some 7up in with water. Something about the sugars from the Pop being good for the plants. Personally I like to think a plant wrote that article and it likes the way the bubbles tickle it's stem...that sounded super dirty.

I like it

You just gave the term "blowing bubbles" a whole new mental image.

And as always I have to close with a "Call Me Bubbles"

You may get more offers with a bigger wand. The bubbles come out bigger.

I love you, stop peeing on my blog

:)

I thought it wasn't the size of the wand that mattered, but how many bubbles it shoots.

And blog urination is actually one of the Twelve Disciplines of the Web Buddha.
